Just like everything else we offer, our pricing model is simple and straightforward. No hidden costs. No entrance fee. One monthly payment takes care of everything.
The Details
Your monthly payment includes your apartment, electricity, basic cable and WiFi, your meals, a once-a-week cleaning service and daily use of the premises. Although we do ask for a security deposit upon move in, we don’t ask for an entrance fee. (Many independent living facilities require an entrance fee which can carry a cost of $75,000 or more.)
Pricing for our newly-remodeled units start at $3,100/month and go up to $3,900/month.
